The Company
Pilot Parents of Southern Arizona (PPSA) is a 501(c)(3) agency located in Tucson, Arizona. The agency contracts with government agencies to provide family support services for families with children with disabilities and related services.
Overview
PPSA is a small agency, and the Executive Director will have to handle most of the duties by doing them or supervising staff and/or vendors.
These duties include general management of the office, hiring and firing staff if necessary, producing budgets for individual contracts and the agency overall. They will also be responsible for researching and responding to opportunities for growth through grants, contracts, or other means.
Salary Range $50K – $70K

We’re hiring a Partners in Leadership
Program Coordinator
Overview
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the development and necessary updates of
the Partners in Leadership curriculum, planning and coordinating of the training sessions:
working collaboratively with the Executive Director in contracting with hotels, caterers and
speakers: overseeing the dissemination of promotional materials, informational flyers, along
with applications and overseeing the recruitment process: facilitating the program evaluations
and development and updates in order to maintain a lasting network of communication for the
Partners graduates.
Salary Range: ~$20/hr

We’re hiring a new National Core Indicator (NCI-IDD)
Program Coordinator
Overview
The project coordinator is responsible for the collaboration with assigned staff from the
Division of Developmental Disabilities to carry out the planning and implementation of several surveys.
Each year several DDD/DES members, both individuals and families are randomly selected to
participate. These surveys are a voluntary effort offered by Arizona’s DDD/DES as an opportunity to
provide for member input directly to the (NASDDDS) National Association of State Division of
Developmental Disability Services and the (HSRI) Human Service Research Institute to complete and
compare our state’s information for the National CORE Indicator Project.
Salary Range: ~$20/hr
